Shipping And Returns
Shipping:
I offer a free shipping option for destinations within the continental United States for most items. If the destination is eligible you will see the free shipping option at checkout. Otherwise shipping will be calculated at checkout.
I do ship internationally. However, international shipping times are longer and can range anywhere from weeks to months. You are responsible for understanding and fulfilling any tariffs or import taxes incurred for international shipping.
I'm unable to issue refunds for purchases that are taking longer than expected in shipping.
Returns:
I can issue refunds for returned items as long as they are returned to me in the condition they were shipped in, and as long as the refund is requested within 15 days of the the receipt of an item.
I can not issue refunds for any custom made items with personalizations such as initials or other embossing.
